The word that frustrates me the most when people complain about Independence?
The word "sustainability." What does that even mean?
Dictionary.com- the ability to be sustained, supported, upheld, or confirmed
In context of BYU football, what does it mean? Are we talking National Championship or bust? Are we talking about running out of money? Are we talking every year we get to a bowl game, independence is now "sustainable"?
Heck, the way we talk about sustainability concerning BYU football, we could argue that Utah football in the Pac-12 is "unsustainable" because they haven't won their own freaking division in six years in the conference.
So I just ask that we stop using the word "sustainability" because no one knows what that specifically means.
