I don't see how that is not student center
BYU is an educational institution. If the sort came eventually become a D1 perfect, like men's volleyball, then I can see why BYU would not want to pour money into it.
I wish men's soccer would be funded, is at some point they could become a D1 program, but Rugby isn't an NCAA sport.
Unless Rugby could fund itself.
