Too many differences. Nebraska is possibly the most boring state in the union and
it’s the only FBS program in the entire state. Utah has 3 FBS programs and a location which offers tremendous recreational opportunities.
Plus you add to the fact that Nebraska plays in the Big 10 and hosts some of college footballs most prestigious programs.
Not really comparable at all.

If the program can’t be even close to relevant then there is a valid argument as to the sustainability
