(I've worked here 7 years) I can grow that time off with pay to 30 or so base (then i can roll over 10 days a year)
I can also drop everything once I hit 40 hours per week should I decide to and my healthcare is great. (My company has graciously eaten the rising costs)
Our retention rate is like 97% and we grow every year.
I would love to make a little more money but the culture here is top notch (also im in Utah for you haters)
