We have no cubicles or open concept setup where I work. I get 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and can take up to 15 unpaid days for whatever I want if I want (which, at this point in my career, I take). I also get 20 extra days of sabbatical every 5 years (where my company will pay for a trip overseas for me and 3 companions). Also, I can't find any mahogany around...too expensive I guess.

I work 45 hours per week on average and am paid well. I know we don't have 97% retention, but that is because we hire a ton of people that aren't from around here and a lot of them work here for a few years and then want to move back closer to family.
