What about being on the flip side of this, which is worse? Working for a very
old fashioned style place with nice private offices, big rich mahogany desks, dual monitors, and a closed off style office space. This also includes a very unflexible work schedule, longer hours, and only 10 vacation/sick days per year.

Places that seem to embrace the open concept concept also seem to embrace more flexible schedules and time off.
