I went to the commercial line, waited for an hour in line, got to the desk and hand over my stack of paperwork, after working for about 30 minutes the woman gets about 90% done with the pile and looks up and pushes the pile of paperwork back to me saying.... the line closes at 4:45, you will have to come back tomorrow.
I look at her and say, I am not in line... you have been working on this for 30 minutes and this place doesn't close for another 15 minutes and you only have a couple more to do? you want me to come back tomorrow so you can redo all of this again? she says, tomorrow is my day off.... my company had the 5th largest commercial fleet in the state so I called the person in the state office and I was told that their union agreement gave them the last 15 minutes of the day to prepare to leave so there was nothing she could do....
