This goes for the smaller roads in Provo/Orem also.
What needs to happen is they rip up University Avenue and finish it. THEN they rip up Parkway and finish it, and so on. I've had enough of University Parkway, 9th East, Freedom Blvd, University Avenue, etc being under construction at the same time. Start and finish one project and then move on to the next one.
