As much as I love TFD he was in over his head as the OC while also trying to manage the QB’s, and it didn’t help that he had inexperience in the other Offenive coaching positions. Maybe with more experience in the other coaching positions he wouldn’t have had to be all over the place, but with how bad the other positions were (particularly the RB’s) I believe he spent too much time trying to fix everything which took time away from the QB’s.

As a result the QB’s didn’t get the support they needed to be successful, especially with how inexperienced the position was.

Mangum is going to start for us, and I believe he’ll be much improved and will play the entire year as our starter.
