And it's all on Tanner right? The 32 other starters + coaches are blameless?
That's not how football works. Giving all the credit for wins and losses to an individual, even the QB, is dumb. Tanner is not without blame, but that stat is ridiculous and serves no valid purpose whatsoever. If you want to hitch your ox to that wagon, that's your choice. But it's only lead to unrealistic expectations, disappointment, and misery as a fan.
