Experience on the offensive coaching staff for 1. More talent on the Oline.

Hype around Katoa and the WR's. Tonga and Kaufusi with more experience on the Dline. Takitaki back at his best position. Secondary is a toss up, but reasonable to expect they are a little better. Some of these are a little more subjective that others. Better culture around the team as a whole.
