Fresno and Nevada didn't get invited until after we announced, USU until 2011.
They started in 2012/2013 respectively.
They weren't going to convince anybody to go back without Boise. As soon as the top 3 from the MW left, a merger of the two was inevitable. But we did try to get the teams in the WAC (sans Boise since they were gone) to sign long term deals.
