Crippling anxiety at all ages is the real problem that doesn't get enough

people talking about. From parents to children, Gen X to Millenials and younger anxiety and often the resulting depression is at epidemic levels. It seems a majority of people are now worried about everything under the sun. If it can be worried about it will be.
