Tanner had a good week, similar to his stats in the game against Arizona. While we're all probably disappointed in the passing game, he hasn't forced anything and is playing admirably as a game manager. His passes aren't always accurate, but to be fair, the receivers have also had some bad drops. It's a combination effect for sure. He'll need to play well against Washington for BYU to have a chance.
