I would take BYU on that bet. Grimes will want to run the ball and run some more

BYU can compete well with Washington in a physical manliness contest. The Washington oline is missing some key players. If BYU gets down and starts passing a lot, Washington will cover the spread. Washington has great DBs and Mangum is not impressive.
