team in some ways. I am not saying offer him a job but bring him out to a game and let him remember some of the good times. It is not like he is being paid to do this and is front and center of the program. Why not give a guy a break and extend a helping hand. He had some pretty bad things to say about the university not too long ago. Maybe this is helping mend some fences. Then we have fans that put it on the front page of cougarboard that he shouldn't be allowed near the team or the university. This is a time he should receive help not be shut out. Again, I am not saying he should be offered jobs or other things but running the flag out is a pretty harmless thing that probably means quite a bit to him.

Maybe our fans should not be so quick to judge.
