Trophy hunters don't care about any of that
They just want to shoot an elephant. The local tribe/conservation groups are just trying to get some benefit out of a morally reprehensible act. That's fine that some good can come out of it, just don't try and tell me that there is some altruistic concern on the side of the hunters. They're just exploiting a population that feels like they have no other choice.
