The US has the best variety. You can eat just about any type of cuisine in most
large US cities. But most of our traditional dishes are highly influenced or borrowed from other countries like pizza (Italy), hotdogs (Germany), fries (Belgium), etc.

Remember, steak is a traditionally American meal. Then you get BBQ, Hamburgers, Pizza, Salmon from PNW, etc
