I'll dumb it down to your level. Utah is a star minor league player who got called up to the Majors. But the 'team' you're pitching for is like the Orioles. Yes, you are in the Big Show. But in the worst division with a situation which, upon arrival, is terrible.

The only other worse G5 to P5 is Boise, who went to the Big East. See, I can be positive about Utah!
