Its a strange thing. There are some serious bias built into many staff's. I can tell you about a 4* 5 * DL recruit who had interest from and was recruited by most of the blue blood p5's and had serious problems with recruiters expecting him to be a different race and who dismissed him only to return and offer later after others starting offering.
