Oklahoma politics, just like the last time won't allow OU to leave without OSU

When the OU and Texas to PAC10 was in the talks, Oklahoma politics got involved and said that they would defund or seriously cut funding to the University if OSU didn't go with OU to whatever conference that OU was considering.

People keep forgetting this small nugget.
