So this time around, BYU, jump into the Big12 when it appears to be crumbling.

Jump in with both feet when the other 8 come calling. Jump in and threaten to sue. It is just a scare tactic. They won't leave, and even if they did we are still much better off. (As everyone outside BYU offices knew the last time we did this dance.)
