If you're are going civil i'll acknowledge i meant total tuition not the budget that includes all of the other revenue producing operations and edited my post to reflect that intent.
In State tuition is 70% subsidized and that is the money that finances the admin services such as accounting, the president's office, admission, registrar, treasurers office, etc.
