Roster turnover. When is the last time BYU basketball had a core group of juniors and seniors leading the team.

Jimmer, Jackson, Noah, Charles, and Brandon has played together for a couple of years.

Add Eric Mika, Elijah Bryant, and Payton Dastrup to the team this year and imagine how much better we would be.

The lack of seniors and juniors who have earned their stripes and can enforce a winning culture is killing us.

We are constantly depending on freshmen and return missionaries to lead the team. It doesn’t work.
