Actually, the reason this hit home is because I've been listening to the COLD podcast a bunch lately, and if you've listened to it, you'll notice that the narrator really works to follow the whole new church guide about how to always says its long name. It's horrible. Kills the flow of the podcast every time. It really shined a light for me on how much there needs to be an effective shorthand/abbreviated name for something that long. It's just obnoxious to listen to a podcast where every time he wants to mention these characters' church membership he has to say this super long "members of the..." sentence. Can't he just say "LDS"? Is that so bad?
