When dealing with many generations and hundreds, if not a thousand, years of genealogy there are bound to be some things that are hard to know. But my family actually has some really well researched genealogy on both sides so I think the chance of that is probably minimal and if it is correct it would have been enough generations ago to probably be a minimal percentage overall. It certainly wouldn’t eliminate an entire nationality of DNA from me.
