Breakfast has been 2 eggs, diced bell peppers and tomato, avocado and a slice of prosciutto.
Dinners have been stir fry with cauliflower rice, carnitas one night, roasted sweet potatoes, chicken, etc.

Still eating well but I’ve eliminated snacking on crap.

The Whole30 plan has a website with the guidelines. Basically it is real foods, unprocessed and not packaged.
