Between family, work, and calling I really don’t have a ton of time to begin a good workout routine. I need to start by changing my, very crappy, diet.
I’m able to do a quick walk in the morning but not much else yet.
So I’ve switched to a whole diet for the last 5 days. Starting with the Whole30 plan but I’ll ease things back in after 30 days.
I was tipping the scales at 240 at December’s end when I probably should be around 180. Today I weighed (technically against the Whole30 Plan to weigh in) 231.
Results won’t always be that dramatic but the initial drop from not touching soda, grains, dairy, and sugar is very motivating. I hope to settle in to a 2# per week rate but I’ll take the early drops.
