I know some say it’s good to share your fitness and diet goals with others for
support and accountability. And I get that. But I read an article a few years ago about how some do better NOT sharing their goals because doing so yields instant praise and positive feedback, reducing the drive to get positive feedback after having accomplished your goals.

There’s obviously more than one way to successfully do things, and what works for one won’t necessarily work for another. I usually prefer to keep my efforts to myself. But I think the different approaches (all valid) are interesting.
