At any other school it might seem at least somewhat reasonable, but BYU has an extremely small pool for finding a new coach. So firing a guy as successful as Rose has been, without having a very good replacement arranged, would be extremely foolish.

But people don't want to hear that. They just want to fire Rose and then see what happens. Not smart thinking.
