accurately and correct determines who the best prospects are and who should and should not be drafted and when, then I disagree. If you agree that his job is to fill content and get people to watch ESPN and the NFL Draft, then yes, he is good at that.
I would bet that if you were to go back and look at his track record of evaluations on NFL prospects it wouldn't be any better than an average NFL GM (he's just had many many more years of doing it). In fact, I have a suspicion that it would be a bit worse.
