Mostly business deals. Such as buying a medical building and leasing the medical offices to other doctors or investment deals gone wrong. I can say that there is not a more entitled, unintelligent bunch out there then Doctors. I think they get used to the God-like treatment and being deferred to all the time (plus being massively, maybe criminally overpaid). Combine this with being generally frustrated that their insurance payouts are going down slightly and that their patients don't worship them enough and you have a perfect recipe for a narcissist nut job. I am always surprised that someone can be so intelligent in one area (medicine) and so incredibly stupid in another (business deals/common sense). So I would say that much of the conflict arises when Doctors start believing in their own hype and do incredibly stupid things. This leads people like me to have to try to fix it on the back end. Don't even get me started on trying to get Doctors to pay their bills.
