That can create panic in a lot of kids

Would you fault Hall for transferring after seeing a kid in his class excel as a starter?

I wouldn’t blame him

Now many kids would benefit be being patient, waiting for a graduation/injury/chance

But with every year that goes by that u don’t play the chances dwindle and the competition behind u gets replenished every year

Plus there is the issue of coaches leaving and overall fit with new coaches and systems

So it’s a tad more complicated
