Probably better to just track the calories you eat and adjust from there if not
losing weight, but these would give you a good starting point

I think a Dexa scan, or a bod pod will give you that info. No idea how accurate.

You got it. The bmr is what you theoretically burn if you don't get out of bed in a day.
