Every person watching this game knew that was a PI as soon as it happened. Would have been easy to radio in and say, I’m gonna take a look at this play, it looks like it was PI. He’d check to make sure the ball wasn’t tipped and within 30 seconds would know it was PI. Any questionable calls, just go with the refs judgement on the field. You could even put a time limit, if the booth ref can’t decide on 30 seconds, the call stands as called on the field.
