Mussina wasn't flashy but he was really good for a really long time.
Finished in the top 10 of Cy Young voting 10 times, which is insane. Was the ace for those good 90's Orioles teams and then very consistent for the Yankees throughout his 30's. I think his longevity gets him in. He was never NOT good for almost two decades.
