It's not Baxter.  Rose said Baxter had a "really tough" fall sememster.  Didn't go into details but it wasn't basketball related and threatened his ability to play/stay on the team.  Said some of that is behind him now and expects that Baxter will play more... particularly if he plays like he did last week.
