The backup plan is who you have in the pipeline and JC ranks
You need to have good recruits that can play immediately to step in. It is a challenge but if a guy isn't getting playing time then you likely are not going to be relying on him until the next season. Backup plan is hit the recruiting trail all year and have guys you can plug in.
