he is a PWO instead of a scholarship player. Doesn't get off the line of scrimmage very fast, which means that college DBs can cover him easily for quick, short routes. He's a good pickup for us, but the lack of speed and acceleration is almost certainly what made him a PWO, because his other traits as a reciever are quite good on film.
