That's what the foster org credit is. The others charity list are charities

founded in Arizona and serve people in Arizona. That can be any org that fills out the right forms. There are things from helping kids prepare for college, to groups that raise awareness about a certain illness, etc.

But the Foster Organizations credit is food banks, shelters, etc.
