I think Puka is one of those kids in Utah that leaves the state because BYU and
Utah hate each other so much. I can't imagine the presser from family and friends to choose one or the other is so overwhelming. The easy decision is to leave the State.

I've watched him in person a few times. He was a very good HS player. I think he'll be a good college receiver
