Curious if you know the point behind the exemption waiver? I get there are some

kids who can't be vaccinated due to medical conditions but it says the majority of those asking for exemptions are part of the anti-vaxxer community. Do you simply have to state you don't want it because you don't believe in them? Do they ever say deny a waiver?

Simply asking since you mentioned your wife works at the health department and figured you might be more informed.
