My wife works at a school. From what I know medical exemptions require a doctor

signature, religous exemptions require an ecclestical leader signature, but a personal belief exemption just requires a parent signature. Seems like a really broken system. As far as I know the school has never denied an exemption form, I don't think they can legally not accept the student, since it is a public school.
