Everyone scored more than they do now in his 86-87 year

Based on scoring averages, scoring 50-60 today would be like scoring 53-63 in 87.

So why would Jordan be so different that he’s suddenly scoring so much more than his peers 20 year later? Are the players that much worse today? No, they are actually better today.

So it stands to reason that because scoring is lower and players are better, he’d score less today
