SJS Shaky place kicker

So I'm not sure about all the insurance and outs yet. But I'm really loving it. I have always loved lifting, hated running. Maybe I was a cyclist and didn't know it? Just glad I found a cardio activity that I enjoy.

Also does tons of damage to joint health and there have actually been a bunch of heart problems connected to cardio.

I still lift but i do a lot more volume work now than i was before. Im more concerned with fat loss than strength
