Tell him to transfer after mission. I never even took the ACT or SAT.
I took the Canadian equivalent but they didn't even ask for it since I was a transfer student. They just look at GPA when you're transferring. I had a 4.0 GPA and a year and a half of college credits outside of Utah and then came after the mission.
His scores were pretty great in the standardized stuff. Weird.
