Again, SVU is no go when coming to BYU expansion
1 - It has next to zero facilities. They have a couple major buildings and that is it. It is smaller than many high schools.
2 - It is in a terrible location with no room for expansion and not much of a supporting community
3 - If BYU wanted to grow/establish a school, they would do in a LDS stronghold
