The crazies in Rexburg and at BYUI are recent Utah transplants or Utah grown
I grew up here and live here now, trust me on this one. They move up from Utah and bring their craziness with them thinking they can make a bigger difference up here. I live two blocks from campus, I'm surrounded by them.
