They should dock her pay for 3 weeks to make up for the lost work
and let her keep her job with a warning. And if they can't dock her pay, put her 3 weeks in the hole for her vacation time and let her slowly crawl back out. Makes it fair for everyone else and hopefully won't happen with anyone else.
