We had this discussion earlier, about this exact dunk. And it *IS* a dunk.
The definition of a slam dunk in the Merriam-Webster dictionary does not require touching the rim. Essentially just throwing the ball downward through the hoop - which this dude definitely does. The exact definition is in one of those posts.
